4) User of "https://shareno.hr" – any person who uses the website "https://shareno.hr" for the purpose of purchasing products advertised on it or obtaining information about a particular product
5) Use of "https://shareno.hrr" – access to the website https://shareno.hr to obtain information about its content and/or to carry out web shopping
6) Online shopping or web store – making product purchases via "https://shareno.hr"
7) Products – all products that are featured on "https://shareno.hr", and that can be purchased via the web store.

Web store – conclusion and termination of sales contracts The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of a selected product or service through the "https://shareno.hr" web store with the payment of the appropriate fee - the price of that product or service. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) through: internet order - web store, printed promotional messages with purchase order, telephone with human mediation.
The Buyer is authorized to choose the option for the Seller to inform him/her about new products, products on sale, etc. (newsletter). After successful registration (all required information correctly filled in), a notification of successful registration will be delivered to the Buyer's e-mail.
Products that can be purchased are advertised on "https://shareno.hr" and each product includes information about product specifications and price. The price and delivery terms are listed under "Delivery methods".
The selection of the desired product is done by saving it in the "basket" by clicking on the "Basket" link. The "basket" contains all the products that the Buyer has selected for purchase, along with the product price and delivery price, and the total price (including VAT). If the Buyer wishes to continue shopping, he selects the "Buy" link, and the system automatically takes him to the "Order" page, where he must confirm the information provided by the Buyer during registration, the delivery address, confirm or possibly change the delivery of the invoice and select the payment method (bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card payment). Invoice details can be changed depending on whether the invoice is received by a natural person or a legal entity. If the invoice is received by a legal entity, the Buyer must enter all the required information.
