Shipping is free for all orders over €100 placed via the https://shareno.hr online store and delivered within Croatia. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €4.65 applies.
Products paid in accordance with the issued invoice will be delivered to the Buyer within 1–5 business days (excluding certain islands, depending on ferry schedules, etc.).
If you wish to arrange a specific delivery time, please leave a note during checkout so we can inform the courier service.
During checkout, you can choose between home delivery or in-store pickup*.
Orders can be picked up at our physical store: SHARENO CONCEPT STORE, Bukovačka cesta 25, 10000 Zagreb.
Delivery Process:
Delivery is performed either directly by the Seller’s staff or through a contracted and reputable courier service.
Shipments are carried out by professional transport companies.
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during normal transport handling.
The Buyer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage to the delivery personnel or refuse the shipment if external damage is clearly visible. The Buyer must sign the delivery note or packing slip, which the courier service retains as proof of delivery.
If the Buyer receives a product that differs from what was ordered, they are entitled to receive the correct product. If this is not possible, the Buyer has the right to a full refund including the product price, shipping cost, and the cost of returning the item. The incorrectly delivered item must be returned.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product within the specified timeframe, the Buyer will be notified to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to cancel the contract.
With every delivery, the Buyer receives all accompanying product documentation (user manual, warranty certificate), an invoice, and a delivery confirmation, which must be signed. Signing the confirmation is considered proof that the package was received without visible external damage.
All shipments are insured against loss during delivery. The Buyer must sign the delivery note or packing slip upon receipt; this is considered proof of delivery by the courier service.
Shipping prices are listed on https://shareno.hr and include VAT.
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with the status of your shipment.
