Delivery for all orders over €69 purchased in the https://shareno.hr online store is free for the whole of Croatia. The cost of delivery for orders less than €69 is € 4.65 (HRK 35.04).
Products that have been paid for in accordance with the submitted offer will be delivered to the Customer within 1-3 working days (except for islands, depending on the ferry schedule, etc.).
If you want to arrange a suitable delivery time, please write it under NOTE so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service.
If you decide to buy, you can choose delivery or personal collection* .
The goods can be picked up at our branch SHARENO CONCEPT STORE, Bukovačka cesta 25, 10000 Zagreb.
*Currently personal pickup service is not available.
Delivery is made by the Seller (through its employees) or by hiring a reputable delivery (courier) service.
Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transport services.
The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
When taking over the product, the customer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.
In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, the delivery price and compensation for the cost of returning the product, and is obliged to return incorrectly delivered product.
In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, he will inform the Buyer about this in order to agree on a new delivery period. In this case, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Agreement.
During delivery, along with the purchased product, the Customer receives all the documents that accompany the product (user manual, warranty card), invoice, and confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without visible external damage.
The goods are insured against loss during delivery. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.
Delivery prices are displayed on " https://shareno.hr " and include the corresponding VAT.
During the processing of the shipment, the Customer receives a notification by e-mail about the status of his shipment.
