5) Use of "https://shareno.hrr" – access to the website https://shareno.hr to obtain information about its content and/or to carry out web shopping
6) Online shopping or web store – making product purchases via "https://shareno.hr"
7) Products – all products that are featured on "https://shareno.hr", and that can be purchased via the web store.
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products published on the website https://shareno.hr and in the catalogs. By using these websites, the User of the website https://shareno.hr / Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Purchase. It is considered that by placing an order, the User fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Purchase. By using these websites, the User confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. https://shareno.hr places all materials, photos and text on the website in good faith to make it easier for the customer to make a choice when purchasing. https://shareno.hr does not guarantee that the product photos fully correspond to the appearance of the product itself. We are not responsible for possible unintentional errors in the product description. There may be differences between the actual product and the product photos and the product described on these pages, if the manufacturer changes any of the characteristics or content of the product. All descriptions are checked regularly and in detail.
The Law on Consumer Protection (NN 41/14, 110/15) applies to business conditions.
Web store – conclusion and termination of sales contracts The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of a selected product or service through the "https://shareno.hr" web store with the payment of the appropriate fee - the price of that product or service. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) through: internet order - web store, printed promotional messages with purchase order, telephone with human mediation.
The Buyer is authorized to choose the option for the Seller to inform him/her about new products, products on sale, etc. (newsletter). After successful registration (all required information correctly filled in), a notification of successful registration will be delivered to the Buyer's e-mail.
Products that can be purchased are advertised on "https://shareno.hr" and each product includes information about product specifications and price. The price and delivery terms are listed under "Delivery methods".
The selection of the desired product is done by saving it in the "basket" by clicking on the "Basket" link. If the Buyer purchases a product that has, in the meantime, been sold, then the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on further action (refund of the amount paid, purchase of another product or delivery of a product of the same type when the Seller obtains it from its suppliers). The Seller, apart from the obligation just mentioned, is not liable to the Buyer in the described case on any basis.
The "basket" contains all the products that the Buyer has selected for purchase, along with the product price and delivery price, and the total price (including VAT). If the Buyer wishes to continue shopping, he selects the "Buy" link, and the system automatically takes him to the "Order" page, where he must confirm the information provided by the Buyer during registration, the delivery address, confirm or possibly change the delivery of the invoice and select the payment method (bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card payment). Invoice details can be changed depending on whether the invoice is received by a natural person or a legal entity. If the invoice is received by a legal entity, the Buyer must enter all the required information.
After completing the above steps of the web store and selecting "Buy" on the "Order" page, the system automatically takes the Buyer to the "Order Confirmation" page, which contains information about the order number, payment, as well as a notification about sending a confirmation email containing the offer to sell the selected products, and a notification about the email address and phone number through which the Buyer can receive all necessary information. If the Buyer has chosen card payment, clicking on "Buy" takes them to enter data related to card payment. They can also choose to pay in interest-free installments if this payment is possible with the card they are paying with.
Registration In order to make a purchase on the web shop, registration is not mandatory. It is only necessary to leave a valid e-mail address (the one to which you have access) in the first step of the checkout process, so that after entering the data required for delivery, it will be possible to send you an order confirmation.
If you do not want to enter the delivery address and payment method information every time you make a purchase, quick registration is recommended. You only need to enter a valid e-mail address, personal information (name, surname, address, postal code, city, telephone number) and a password to access your user account once. It can be any string of characters - the longer it is, the more resistant it is to hacking. If you are out of ideas, you can get a generated password on the Password generator website.
After entering the required information, you must confirm your registration by clicking on the "Registration" field. The created user account remains registered in the system and is accessed using the username and password combination on the "Login" page.
In case you have forgotten your password, on the same page you need to click on "Forgot your password?". You will arrive at a page where you can leave your e-mail address with which you registered on the web shop, and to which the system will then automatically send you a link with which you will reset your password and receive a new one. You can later change it yourself in the account settings since automatically created passwords are not easy to 'remember' (or just click on YES when the browser asks you to remember the entered password so that you do not have to enter it every time when logging in).
In short, after creating an account, all that is required for any further purchase is to log in with a username and password.
