Free shipping is available for all orders over €100 placed through the online store at https://shareno.hr/ within Croatia. Shipping costs for orders under €100 are €4.65.

Products paid in accordance with the issued offer will be delivered to the Customer within 1–5 business days (except for islands, where delivery depends on the ferry schedule).

If you have a specific request for the courier, please include it in the NOTE section so we can pass it along to the delivery service.

Delivery Process Delivery is carried out by the Seller (through its staff) or via a reputable courier service.

Shipping is done using transport companies that provide delivery services.

Products will be packaged to prevent damage during standard transportation handling.

The Customer must check for any visible damage upon receiving the product and immediately report it to the delivery person or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. The Customer is required to sign a delivery slip upon receipt, which the courier service treats as confirmation of delivery.

If a product different from what was ordered is delivered to the Customer, they have the right to receive the correct product. If this is not possible, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the product price, shipping cost, and return expenses, and is required to return the incorrectly delivered item.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the stated timeframe, the Customer will be notified to agree on a new delivery date. In such cases, the Customer also has the right to cancel the contract.

Upon delivery, the Customer will receive all accompanying documents (user manual, warranty card), the invoice, and a delivery confirmation slip that must be signed. A signed confirmation slip indicates that the product was received without visible damage.

Goods are insured against loss during delivery. The Customer must sign the delivery slip upon receiving the goods, which serves as proof of delivery for the courier.

Order Status Once the order is processed, the Customer will receive an email notification with the status of the shipment.
