Shipping for all orders over €69 purchased in the https://shareno.hr/ online store is free throughout Croatia. The shipping cost for orders under €69 is €4.65.

Products that have been paid for in accordance with the submitted offer will be delivered to the Buyer within 1-5 business days (except for islands, depending on the ferry schedule).

If you have a special note for the delivery person, please write it under NOTE so that we can convey your wishes to the delivery service.

Delivery process Delivery is carried out by the Seller (through its employees) or by hiring a reputable delivery (courier) service.

Delivery is carried out through transport companies that provide transportation services.

The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.

The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. The buyer is obliged to sign the shipping or delivery note upon receipt of the goods, which the delivery service will accept as confirmation of receipt.

In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the Customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the Customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, shipping costs and compensation for the costs of returning the product, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.

In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, it will notify the Buyer in order to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract.

Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product (user manual, warranty card), an invoice, and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which the Buyer is required to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without external visible damage.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.

Delivery prices are listed on "https://shareno.hr/" and include the applicable VAT.

Order status When processing the shipment, the Buyer receives an email notification about the status of their shipment.
